Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery of your order.

To qualify, returned items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them

  • In the original, sealed packaging

  • Free of damage, leakage, overspray, alteration, or use

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

We inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, product-integrity, and shipping-compliance reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, damaged, leaking, or partially used spray-paint cans

  • Aerosol products with broken, missing, or tampered safety seals, caps, or nozzles

  • Products damaged after delivery because of improper storage, use, application, or handling

  • Clearance, closeout, final-sale, or specially marked non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Do not dispose of the product or shipping packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

Starting a Return

Aerosol spray paint may be regulated as a hazardous material for transportation. Return shipping must follow the instructions provided by Velocity Blasting. Do not ship aerosol products back on your own without written return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a confirmed defect, or shipping damage. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
