Velocity Blasting ships automotive paint, aerosol spray paint, surface-preparation products, and related merchandise within the United States, subject to product, carrier, and hazardous-material shipping restrictions.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days after payment is authorized.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays. During sales, product launches, holidays, severe weather, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

If an item is out of stock, subject to a shipping restriction, or requires additional information before shipment, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, remote-area delivery, hazardous-material handling, or events beyond our control.

Velocity Blasting is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Aerosol and Hazardous-Material Products

Some products, including aerosol spray paint, may be classified as flammable, pressurized, or otherwise regulated for transportation.

For safety and regulatory compliance:

  • Aerosol and hazardous-material products may be restricted to ground transportation.

  • Expedited, air, international, P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO, and certain remote-area delivery options may not be available for these products.

  • Some destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and islands, may be restricted or unavailable for certain regulated products.

  • Delivery times for aerosol and hazardous-material orders may be longer than standard shipping estimates.

  • We may change the carrier or shipping method, split an order into multiple shipments, request additional information, cancel a restricted order, or issue a refund when required by applicable rules.

UPS identifies restrictions for ground hazardous-material shipments to and from locations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and certain islands. USPS likewise states that some hazardous materials can travel only by ground and that international mailing of hazardous materials is generally very limited.usps+2

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, package dimensions, selected service, and any hazardous-material requirements.

If a free-shipping offer is available, it applies only as stated at checkout and may exclude oversized, hazardous-material, remote-area, expedited, international, or other restricted shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking activity to appear.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please verify your address, apartment or suite number, zip code, and contact information before submitting your order.

Velocity Blasting is not responsible for delays, losses, additional charges, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or unclaimed address provided by the customer.

If you need to change an address, contact us immediately at [support email]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support email]. Include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The shipping box and any damage

  • The shipping label

  • The product and its condition

  • Any leaking or damaged packaging

Do not dispose of the shipping box, packaging, or product until we have reviewed your claim. We may need this information to evaluate the issue or file a carrier claim.

For package-loss claims, contact us within **3** after the carrier’s marked delivery date or the date the package is reasonably considered lost.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Do not send aerosol spray paint or other regulated products back without written return authorization and instructions from Velocity Blasting.

For safety and transportation compliance, customers must follow the return instructions we provide. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
