Products and Product Information

Velocity Blasting sells automotive and related products, including aerosol spray paint and surface-preparation products. Product photos, colors, finishes, descriptions, and representations are intended as guides and may vary based on screen settings, lighting, substrate condition, preparation, application method, film build, cure conditions, and other variables outside our control.

You are responsible for confirming product suitability, color, compatibility, preparation requirements, and application method before use. When in doubt, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area or test panel before applying it to a vehicle, component, or other final surface.

Except where required by law, Velocity Blasting does not guarantee that a product will match a specific factory color, existing finish, prior repair, or customer expectation unless expressly stated in writing by us.

Aerosol Paint Safety

Aerosol paint and related products may be flammable, pressurized, hazardous, or subject to transportation and disposal regulations. By purchasing these products, you agree to:

• Read and follow the product label, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), technical data, warnings, and instructions before use.

• Use products only in a properly ventilated area and with appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Keep products away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces, children, and other ignition sources.

• Store, transport, handle, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws, label instructions, and local regulations.

• Use products only for their intended purpose.

Improper preparation, application, storage, use, or disposal can cause injury, property damage, fire, coating failure, or other loss. You assume the risks associated with improper or unsafe use.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices, product availability, promotions, descriptions, or specifications at any time without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and inventory accuracy, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse an order affected by an inaccurate price, product description, promotion, shipping charge, tax calculation, or inventory availability. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the canceled item(s).

Payment must be authorized and received before an order is processed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery time may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, hazardous-material restrictions, remote-area limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Certain aerosol products may be restricted from air shipment or may require ground shipping, special labeling, and longer transit times. We may modify the shipping method, delay fulfillment, cancel an order, or contact you for additional information when required by carrier, regulatory, or safety restrictions.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss transfers to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, damaged, leaking, altered, or partially used aerosol paint products are not eligible for return. Do not return aerosol products without written authorization and return instructions from Velocity Blasting.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Velocity Blasting and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit our content or brand materials without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for any express written warranty provided with a specific product.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee product performance where performance depends on variables outside our control, including surface condition, contamination, preparation, substrate, application technique, temperature, humidity, film thickness, curing, maintenance, or product compatibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Blasting and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of use, loss of data, vehicle damage, repair costs, business interruption, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to the Services or products.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Velocity Blasting’s total liability for a claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velocity Blasting and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or products, violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or violation of another party’s rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Services, or a purchase from Velocity Blasting will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [Davis County, Utah], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
